Caterina Liccione and Carlo Armelani have been together for many years. They made bread as well as pastries until 1972 and have been making only pastries since 1987 in their shop located in the center of Montespertoli, not far from where their sons Simone and Stefano have run their ice cream shop since 2007.

Prime ingredients, traditional Tuscan as well as other regional recipes, lots of hard work but above all passion for a challenging craft and for products that offer crumbs of happiness to those who eat them.

Assorted cantucci (delicious those with rosemary and with figs and walnuts), as well as ricciarelli, cavallucci, almond paste biscuits, panforte, and the traditional Easter cake (colomba) and Christmas cake (panettone). Only carefully-chosen ingredients are used and everything is made by hand or with the aid of cutting-edge machines and techniques. Main ingredient for all: good taste. Fragrance and delectability are also ensured.
